Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
There are many posters on this forum with diverse tastes in music. Many of us would like to expand our musical horizons, so what better way than to do it here.
That is a site that many of you may already use. You are allowed to make a "mixtape" from your personal library as long it has at least 8 tracks and there aren't more than 2 tracks per artists or album. So I'm hoping that a bunch of us can create a mixtape on this site and share it with the forum. It would be great to see you share your favorite artists from past Bonnaroos or even acts you want to see at future Bonnaroos.
Great idea. Back in the days after Krewe of Roo shut down we did a mix cd exchange on a spin-off website. It was a lot of fun. I'll definitely get in on this!
I don't know if you guys are on Grooveshark? It's another music website I like a lot. You can join and listen to music, but you can also follow people. Like following someone on twitter, and it tracks their music history. It's a great way to share music and find out what others are listening to.
Yeah I use grooveshark and also use blip along with my twitter. Then my soundcloud, which I just started a couple months ago, which is just hosting my real mixtapes. Pretty much anywhere you see Curteebee it's me, even the flame videos of me rollerskating.
Grooveshark owns. I still don't get how it's all free. Since pandora and 8tracks have a limit of skipping tracks and choosing specific songs to play. But grooveshark is just one GIANT iTunes library. Great alternative to youtube for checking out new bands and stuff.
Also, I'm not gonna lie...I had the idea for this thread a while ago and wanted to use grooveshark for it. But it was a more, "Predict the line up with a playlist" type of thing. I just didn't know how to share a playlist on grooveshark. But the 8tracks idea is great.
