If Inforoo can connect people, who need or want the work in order to attend the festival, with the opportunities available it helps the festival. Inforoo is here to encourage as many people as possible to enjoy Bonnaroo as well as to support Bonnaroo in any way we can.

I don't understand why it would be inappropriate for me to post this her. Would you rather me hire people not interested in the festival or the experience. I feel that people that are into this thing already should have the first crack at working for us before I take strangers.

I do not think it is inappropriate at all, this may get someone to Bonnaroo who would not otherwise be able to go. Personally I do not mix work with my fun, but there is nothing wrong with you advertising a bonnajob on here.
I don't find a problem with it - matter of fact - I sent a link to it to a friend who went to culinary school and went to her first Bonnaroo last year and wants to go again this year - it may be the only way she gets to go...
And it would be the only way I would have known about it to tell her
Instead of dirt and poison, we have rather chosen to fill our hives with honey and wax; thus furnishing mankind with the two noblest of things, which are sweetness and light.
where the hell is chefchick on this one... sounds like a dream position
If her fest schedule this year is anything like last year, I imagine her biggest problem will be getting enough time off her regular job to do as many fests as she can. And this job looks like it woud take way too long a commitment.
