I would love for this clue to point to Sublime with Rome...They had copyright issues with their name when they tried touring as Sublime. They changed their name to Sublime with Rome (Ramirez) last year and played at Cypress Hills's 2009 Smokeout Fest...and ska is dancey...Would love to hear Santeria and Smoke 2 on the farm...
NY was also in the news about this issue. he made youtube pull a bunch of stuff and he has spoken out about it -but i dont know if this is recent enough.

Google just ( two days ago) got smacked down by the Dept. of Justice again in their GoogleBooks thing. It's not a DRM issue, but it is about digital rights. It's also about antitrust regs, copyrights and books. I can't get anything out of all that except Google = Goo Gal = Kim Gordon and Sonic Youth. Not exactly opposite of Metallica. The one doing the monitoring of Google in this case is the DoJ, so maybe Justice - very opposite Metallica.
And yes, I actually googled "google." It felt weird.
This clue is supposed to be super easy - and this case is huge and leads to Justice as an anaswer very simply. It may not be the right answer, but since DJJD said this clue would be easy, I think we need to do the opposite of what we do with other clues and not let ourselves get too creative or too many degrees away from the original clue.
