now, for my random thought of the day:
Today was the first Monday in a while I did not have to go to work. I woke up at 8:30 and played some golf, and now am relaxing at home and listening to records, and I can honestly say that this is the first day in a while I can think to myself that I am truly at peace at mind.
I think work was slowly driving me into depression...
I have had "Candy" by Iggy Pop and Kate Pierson stuck in my head for days and went to go look for it so I could download it. I found a site with a ton of free MP3s.

1. They changed how we "looked" at their respective art forms forever 2. They mostly dealt with lighter subject matters 3. They were exceedingly popular in their day 4. both caused controversy with the "new" techniques
