Yeah - I hear ya - I don't think we will ever know - I think we are in the process of backpeddling in this world instead of advancing. We will destroy our planet before we advance any further

pretty reasonable belief. I think we'll last long enough to find proof of existence of another civilization (if you wanna call it that) but probably never actually find it. They've avoided us this long in life, no reason why they couldn't continue avoiding.

me too - but Bonnaroo did not give me that escape from reality this year - I am sure some of it was my fault as there were times I found myself stressing about "real world" issues such as bills - but I did manage to escape and live in the moment a few times.
