last year was my first experience at bonnaroo and while the lineup was insanely good, it's the EXPERIENCE and the people that are gonna keep me coming back for as long as this thing has it's run. I don't know where everyone was camping or who you were associating with but everyone and I mean everyone I met last year was a top notch individual and eager to be a positive part of my/our experience. Inforoo is a phenomenal tool to enhance your experience at bonnaroo. i've already met some of the folks i'll be caravaning with at other local shows and that's awesome! and there's a bond that i know will be formed once we are enduring the heat of the day and laughing and dancing our asses off during the latenights. oh and did you know that pearl jam, my morning jacket, phil, bisco, sigur ros, allman bros, Robert Plant & AK, robert randolph, jack johnson, broken social scene, gogol, zappa plays zappa, cat power, the raconteurs plus 100 other great bands and artists will be putting everything they've got out on the farm this year for us? I do and that's what pushes me over. I love all you inforooers and let's make this one the best ever.
- and remember Metallica did make Ride the Lightning and Master of Puppets
"Love need not be a command nor faith a dictum. I am my own god. We are here to unlearn the teachings of the church, state, and our educational system. We are here to drink beer. We are here to kill war. We are here to laugh at the odds and live our lives so well that Death will tremble to take us." — Charles Bukowski
I'm not on the fence, but if I was, there would only be one artist that could push me over...
Mike Jones.
WHO???
haha! That was great.
but to the subject at hand. What makes me want to go is the fact that I can see TONS of bands play. And also, the people that are at bonnaroo make it such a great experience!
Back Then has got to be one of the most hilarious songs I've ever heard... He's got so much jewelry in his mouth he can't pronounce any words correctly.
