Very tough..... 1. Kanye ( late-night w/ Lupe and Talib ) - saw Kanye Lolla '06 on Sat night. Amazing. His 'Glow In The Dark Tour' should do well for a late night Roo( I hope ). Lupe joined him at Lolla, he sings a lot of songs with Talib-trust me, they will join him. And if they do, get ready.... 2. GHOSTLAND- saw them for the first time at ACL last year before Dylan. Stole Sunday away from everyone who played. YOU NEED TO SEE THEM. 'Nuff said 3. Metallica- or Mighty Mighty as I call them. Will officially be my 5th time seeing them....I am on the side of the fence that is EXCITED to see them there 4. The Allmens- after last years late night Mule set, I am a believer. With Warren and Dereck there, if you miss this, its your own fault.... 5. Plant/ Krauss- Up there for my favorite mellow album right now. I love ' Please Read The Letter'. Plus, closest we will get this year to Zepplin.... 6. MGMT- favorite new album, favorite new band...hope they are good live 7. Vampire Weekend- second fav nem album, you get the idea 8. Robert Randolf- WHAT IS THE REVIVAL ? I cant wait to find out.... 9. The Raconteurs- saw Stripes last year at Roo, saw Racon. 2 years ago at Lolla...anytime Jack White is a part of the musical equasion on stage, you must be there 10. Black Kids- lots of hype, lots of hope
HONORABLE MENTION: Pearl Jam ( just saw them last year at Lolla), MMJ ( same but at ACL),YMSB( seeing them on Wednesday), Swell Saeson ( LOVE ' Once ' ), Sigur Rios ( never seen, never heard, all my frinds say its a must ), Rilo Kiley ( love 'Silver Lining'), Against Me, and finally ....WILLIE( i hope i get to at least see some of his set)

1. BB King Legend. 2. Ben Folds Just to hear "The Luckiest" live 3. Kanye West Bringin' out my Inner Gangsta 4. Dark Star Orchestra I'm too young to be a Dead Head. This is the next best thing. 5. Against Me! Heard Good things. 6. Yonder Mountain String band. wonderful live show. 7. Death Cab 8. Plant/ Krauss 9. Lez Zeppelin 10. Tegan and Sara
I'm so glad someone started this thread. I haven't thought about it yet, but I have 20 mins of work left. Perfect. I'm gonna go in reverse like David Letterman. I think it will add more suspense. *This is, of course, barring any unforseen artist additions.*
10. Phil Lesh - Don't take it personally, Phil. You're still in my top ten. 9. Robert Randolph - I wanted to see Ben Folds last time RR played Roo. I got to his tent just in time for Voodoo Child. It rocked. 8. Jack Johnson - I can never get enough Jack. 7. Allman Bros - Living legends. Will be ABB show #2 I've seen. First one didn't disappoint. 6. The Raconteurs - Watched em a LOT on youtube. Excited to catch their energy. 5. Umphrey's McGee - I caught the end of their set with Bisco in '06 and I loved it. Lookin forward to it. BIG TIME. 4. My Morning Jacket - this is my third Roo, never caught a MMJ set. Extremely excited about it. I love their music, and heard they are an awesome live experience. 3. Pearl Jam - Never seen 'em live. Like their music. Everyone LOVES em. I wanna see what all the hype is about. Hopefully see some Who covers. 2. State Radio - HUGE fan of Dispatch, and now same news with State Radio. I love the messages, the music and Chetro. And my number one band that I want to see at Bonnaroo 2008 is.......... Sigur Ros - I am a new-born listener, but I have the feeling they are gonna completely blow me away.
1. Sigur Ros (After seeing Heima and listening to each of their albums several times over I'm more excited for these guys than I've been for any band since DMB when I was 16) 2. Pearl Jam (Been a fan for a long time but have never had the chance to see them live, can't wait, fingers crossed for Yellow Ledbetter) 3. David Cross (Favorite comedian to ever grace a stage, will probably laugh so hard I cry like a baby) 4. Kanye West (I can see just see a great time developing here, special guests are more than likely) 5. Ghostland Observatory (Ready to get down) 6. Allman Brothers Band (So many mind-bending guitars I may have a brain aneurysm) 7. My Morning Jacket (Heard their live shows are a time, looking forward to my first) 8. Broken Social Scene (See above) 9. Iron & Wine (Love Sam Beam, hope he throws in some older stuff along with stuff from Shepherd's Dog) 10. Plant & Krauss (Just hoping for Going to California)
