i missed the justice show here in NYC but my friend went and had alot of fun.. id be pumped to see them as well but id prefer daft punk ;D

I was LOVE to see Justice rock it out late night.... Them or any of the Ed Banger crew... They bring it. Daft Punk's not going to be there, so bring on the next best thing! (I was fortunate enough to see Daft Punk at Lollapalooza and Vegoose... AMAZING) While we're at it, I wouldn't mind seeing these dance oriented acts:

The Presets
Simian Mobile Disco
Kavinsky

would love to see simian mobile disco or justice fill a late night slot. Justice would literally fucking tear the place apart. Check out their show at Terminal 5 in NYC from a little while ago on youtube, SIICK.

I'm really digging Kasper Bjorke's album, but I haven't really heard anything about his live show.

The Justice hype-train is way, way too long.

As much credit as I give Justice for some of their productions, their live show is completely linear and simple. Aside from the Soulwax remix of Phantom (climax of the show), it's more or less just a push-play version of Cross. The finale of the show was pretty directly ripped from a PARIS mixtape that came out earlier this year. The entire Ed Banger crew is completely overhyped and are average (at best) DJ's, as is the majority of the blog house scene. There's a smallchunk of artists putting out solid releases (datA, Surkin, Bobmo), but the majority of it is recycled garbage.

That said, I see Justice as a pretty big possibility to play this year due to their ever-increasing popularity. They've found a nice niche.

I would love to see SMD. I don't really dig their productions all that much, but I most certainly respect the production value of them. As an admitted electronics geek ;D, their live show looks like a load of technologic deliciousness!
