how did anyone sit through 20 songs of that shit? she was horrible. i think we made it to the 6th song. went over to gogol bordello, then ziggy marley, which was a hell of a lot better.

I didn't think she was horrible. I really enjoyed her set.

how does anyone get off on telling other's what to listen to? Regina was just fine... if Gogol Bordello wasn't off the chains, i would have been there checking her out.
ps- if we're gonna flame people, using the word "nuts" is probably the worst way to do it... it makes you sound like you are 12.

the only person i was "flaming" was regina spektor. she was stupid and giggly and her songs are horrible. and i didn't say nuts, i was edited.

One man's annoyance is another man's enjoyment. And that's how I sat through 20 songs. Her set was one of my favorite sets of the weekend. The giggling and openness with the crowd, I though, made it a more personal show. And "her songs are horrible" is merely a subjective view of her music. So really it's pointless to make that point, especially in a thread about set lists that's not asking for set reviews.

sorry, i was just baffled by the number of songs she played. we heard fidelity when we were walking by again on the way to ziggy, so i thought that was about the end. that one song is the only reason we were there (my wife likes it), but even she couldn't stand her that day.
