Saw him last night here in San Diego I thought they show at Bonnaroo was a bit better it seemed like he did more mellow songs last night.

has anyone figured out whether or not the song listed at track #9 from the bonnaroo set 'Unknown Jam' is an actual song or just an improv?

it was definitely my favorite part of the set and i'm hoping it appears again on recordings of future shows.

I think I saw somewhere it was 'G.B.A.', I don't remember where though...perhaps archive.org?

yeah i saw that too, one of the users commented that it might be that. then some other guy commented after that it definitely wasn't. i haven't tried to listen to G.B.A. yet to determine for myself...

That was a cool show. His music is pretty intense live. I remember getting into it.

Again, huge Xavier Fan here, but I wasn't feeling his set at the Roo and I think the feeling was mutual. The good vibes and energy weren't there, at least not like they normally are at his shows. So, if you were impressed by him @ the Roo, I HIGHLY recommend checking out a smaller show when he comes back around in your town. You'll truly be blown away. The Roo just don't fit Xavier....but I did get to meet him there, which was super
