1. Ween!!!!: seen em 10x already, and am never let down. This Roo show is an appatizer for the two shows in Austin in Aug., and I am beyond excited to be seeing ween 3 more times this year. 2. Manu Chao: I have been wanting to see this guy for years now. I never though I would since his stateside apperances have been so rare. 3. Ornette Coleman: I never in a million years thought I would get a chance to see this guy live. Truely a living legend. 4. The Flaming Lips: With the addition of the UFO, this will be the spectacle of the weekend, and their music is just so damn uplifting and empowering. 5. The Police: If they hadn't played Roo this year, I would not be seeing the Police at all. Not because I don't like them, but b/c the ticket prices are too outrageous. I thank Bonnaroo for giving me that opprotunity. Plus, it makes all my older co-workers incredibly jealous that I get to see em at Bonnaroo.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it
