Is anyone else horribly upset and a little outraged at this conflict? These two bands have played a bunch of shows together and even shared the stage, they have very similar fanbases. My two main reasons for going are the cheese and the tribe. Bonnaroo, how could you do this to me Why the heck couldn't they put sts9 after cheese to play til the sun comes up? why couldn't they start them at 3:00 in a tent? WHY WHY WHY??? I already sent them an email complaining and ya'll should too. Peace.

You forgot about Aesop and El-P playing during that time too. It is a debacle, but then again I'll probably hit up the hip hop area cause STS9 is going to be going well into the night i guarantee it so i'll just catch the last hour or 2 of it afterwards.

Would you like some string cheese w/ your whine? I felt the same way about Ween-Primus conflict in 04, but I didn't feel the need to bug Superfly/AC about it. Just man it up and deal.

haha....cheese is one for the record books...you can't catch them again. I don't know about you but I can't miss SCI for the life of me. It is a huge conflict but...last SCI bonnaroo does it for me.

Same here, i can probably catch STS9 like 5 times a year and not have to travel over an hour. Not to say it wont be a good set, but its the last cheese at bonnaroo.

I paid $250 for a ticket, I'll email them my concerns/complaints if I want thank you.
And I'll definately go with cheese, they're my all time favorite band....i just really don't want to miss sts9.

I will be missing a big chunk of tool to get a good spot for SCI, and unless it is utterly amazing, I will probably work my way backward around 2:30, something tells me that sts9 will be playing until sunrise, maybe a late nite SCI guest spot will occur.
i am gonna be doign some serious walkign during this slot to see three of my main reasons for attending the festival this year: SCI, STS9 and Aesop Rock.
definately goin with the cheese! its one last party plus ive been waiting a long long time to see them. and theyre on the which stage. its gonna be awesome.

I'm not as pissed about SCI and STS9 conflicting as much as I am about them both conflicting with the TBD time slot, which is definitely either a Superjam or a surprise appearance, neither of which do I really want to miss... That's definitely where my night will start, and we'll see where it progresses
it won't end at 3:30. I can almost guarantee that STS9 will go until at least 5, they played until almost 7 in '05. I wouldn't be suprised if some of Cheese went over there to finish up the evening.
This conflict is killin' me. I just saw STS9 but the B-roo vibe is PERFECT for them. I just have to keep telling myself STS9 will probably play all night so see SCI and then STS9 but...

exactly how I feel...saw the conflict and let out a deep sigh but figured....I can't miss one of their last 5 shows especially it being at Roo....you'll NEVER forget it

I think i will see some of each, but yes it is difficult because it will be my first time seeing both of these, and I will get to see three nights of String Cheese Incident at their own festival in august at Camp Zoe here in Missouri. I think it is ridiculous that there is SCI,STS9, and Mago Feat/Medeski and Martin all @ the same time. I may just wander around to all of them.

Trust me, you will want to see cheese as many times as possible. Especially since you haven't seen cheese yet, you could see every one of cheese's shows from now on (assuming they are breaking up) and it won't be enough.
Why do people think cheese is going to just stop at 3:30? hahahahaha am I the only one that doubts this? which I love!!!!!!!! Holy nuts SCI is going to kill me!!!
Expect Keller and others to join them at sometime as well.

I am thinking that TBD is not going to be my kind of show this year, seeing as no one from the two bands I want to see most will be playing in it, but instead playing against each other in the worst Bonnaroo conflict ever for me.
