TBD isn't going to be the Word because it overlaps with Mago (i.e. Medeski). The late night Saturday shows should be Superjammy, though. Especially the Mule and Galactic.

I'm thinking that instead of the Superjam this year they're just gonna have one wild surprise band/artist show up, perhaps a few and they jam together. But despite all the conflicts at that time I am definitely making it a point to be watching this TBD unfold.

that is kinda like a superjam isn't it?
they have never NOT had a superjam and they're not gonna get rid of it this year. as well as Trey has never missed a Roo, so maybe he will show up and jam with somebody
"That's the big thing about education. People can be book smart, but not really intelligent about anything else. A lot of times they just taking in all this information and regurgitate it. It's much more important to process it and personalize it. To apply it to your world, to your life. You have to walk the walk, or you can't really report about it honestly."
yeah...that would be awesome but I will be at string cheese so I hope it isn't them. I wish they would move the superjam to thursday night....that would make things....perfect

I hate to nit-pick, but Trey was not at Roo in 03. Robert Randolph is the only musician who has played every year. Here's to hoping he's part of the TBD and this year isn't the first one he misses.
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it

I am pretty sure Trey missed 03 (only year Les missed too). I have a feeling we're getting a repeat of that this year. I can see it involving Robert Randolph though. He's never missed a Roo.
yeah, I know it won't be them as they never just make it one band but rather a plethora of people that jam together. But I am guessing page will show up for sure.
This man came up to me just the other day, asked me I'd been born again. I told him, "I didn't think I had." That I had been rejected. But I think, Hell's got all the good bands anyway. And Bonnaroo.

Last year was the only time it was one band the whole time and also the only time it was latenight. GRAB played the full time, although Phil Lesh did come out for two GD songs. Amazing show. I will definitely have to check out who is playing before I make my decision.
