Unlike many people i want it to rain one of these days at the rooskie. Here are some reasons why:
1. What better than a good old fashion rain dance 2. It will cool everyone down in this mad hot heat 3. Mudslides? (optional) 4. Free Shower 5. (the reason i made this) Performers are more likely to play there "rainy day" songs.
Here is a few that if you haven't heard, I would suggest you listen to it.
Please leave some rainy day songs of your own......
Keller Williams - Rainy Day --(of course you gotta start off with that)
The Allman Brothers Band - Stormy Monday (originally a T-Bone Walker song)
John: We don't even understand our own music Spider: It doesn't, does it matter whether we understand it? At least it'll give us . . . strength John: I know but maybe we could get into it more if we understood it

Jimi Hendrix Exeperience - Rainy Day, Dream Away (off Electric Ladyland)<-Great choice, that song rules
Also: Bob Dylan - Rainy Day Women #12 & 35 Led Zeppelin - Rain Song Alice In Chains - Rain When I Die Dispatch - Lightning The Doors - Riders on the Storm CCR - Have You Ever Seen The Rain? Bob Dylan - Hard Rains A-Gonna Fall Bob Marley & The Wailers - Coming In From The Cold The Beta Band - Dry The Rain Led Zeppelin - Fool In The Rain The Guess Who - Rain Dance Jimi Hedrix Experience - Still Rainin, Still Dreamin' Radiohead - Sit Down. I actually had a Rainy Day Mix on my WinAmp, and here it is in all its glory, great for a rainy day...
I also enjoy listenin to Pink Floyd - Obscured By Clouds on a rainy day
"And All That Could Have Been" by NIN. It's hard for me to put into words, but a rainy day for me may as well sound like this: nostalgiac, dark, but absolutely gorgeous in execution.
