I don't think we're getting an artist addition today, because I just checked the site and there is a new item about added LiveBonnaroo sets, and nothing else. They tend to do that: on a Wednesday when they know people are itching for artist additions, they throw out some other kind of announcement in the hopes that we are placated by any kind of news from the front. In other words if they are giving us this news I don't think they are giving us any more today.
I thought that info about live Bonnaroo feeds came out a couple days ago or so? I do hope though that we get another addition today. I wont be holding my breathe about it but man would that seriously make this day just a little bit better.

I can honestly say in all of six years of bonnaroo...news has come random...there is no day, or time that is consistent. But I also agree wensday..probably have had the most...but still its all IN YOUR HEADS people. I'm just as crazy as all of you...and believe me " I need my roo shit" I just think you all start believing what you want to, and your expectations get dropped and more negativity comes out! We got a few months......I'm sure they will come surely enough.
But damn...it would be great today! I'm guessing 4:17p,m.... hahahhahahahahah

Very good points - I learned my lesson last year about getting hopes up for additions, etc.
This year I know I'm very happy about the lineup as is and I don't feel the need for anything more. Any addition would be a welcome suprise, but no addition is fine with me. And this way I never get disappointed waiting for additions.
^^^They said over 100 acts in the initial annoucement. They usually don't include the Cafe/Side Stage acts in those numbers. So I'd say you probably have 3-5 rounds with one being the cafe side stage acts, leaving four rounds of anywhere between 20-30 more main stage acts.
That is of course assuming the cafe acts aren't being included in the lineup numbers. Otherwise, you're looking at 2 or 3 additional rounds...

Yeah, we should get like 3 or 4 additions, almost certainly leaving us with over a dozen more acts, and then the trading begins! I heard that coachella might trade Red Hot Chili Peppers for Franz Ferdinand and the Cold War Kids! That'd be sweet. I'm still hoping we'll get Andrew Bird somehow (maybe thrown in with one of the bigger deals?) but it doesn't seem too likely . But We'll see!
(all of this trading business is a joke, but it'd be interesting huh? What if the fans could vote on trades between festivals? woah!)

It was a joke. That'd be pretty sweet though. Unless someone who you really want to see is traded to another festival for someone that you don't want to see...then it's not so cool. But yes, I agree....please give us a friggin artist addition!!
. But We'll see!
its not that i NEED an addition. but i do need something new to pep up my life. and this would fill it very nicely !!!
