Dude! I just got the same seats, but in Asheville, NC! When buying tix on Ticketmaster I noticed that AC Entertainment is promoting this event!!?? So there's definately a relationship. I am still holing out hope for Arcade Fire at Bonnaroo becuase that Wireless Fest in England isn't confirmed yet.
I got tickets at Atlanta. Orch sec 2 row F. I think that translates to fourth row on the floor. I am so excited.
Wow how did you do that? I was on right away and I could only get last row of the orchestra... So I put in balcony and came up with front row, since the last row of the orchestra is under the balcony I went with Balcony...

I was on the site before the onsale time and just refreshed for about 10mins. Yeah i am extremely happy with those seats.

I would not be surprised if Arcade Fire did something special for ACL this year. They were a big hit a couple years back when they opened for Coldplay. And given ACL's format, I could see them getting bumped to headliner by that time. Or at the very least, they could pull a Sufjan and be too cool to do ourdoor sets and fill the Paramount up two nights in a row...
They won't headline, I don't think. ACL isn't huge, but it's definitely as big (bigger) as Sasquatch, so the Arcade Fire won't be headlining. They may get some big spot like the Flaming Lips did last year, playing before a headliner.
edit: Also, they didn't open for Coldplay. They played next-to-last on the second biggest stage. Franz Ferdinand was the last act before Coldplay. They were awesome though, I'd be pretty surprised if they didn't play ACL.
To be honest, I'm suprised Roo didn't get the Arcade Fire. They've got more money than any other festival to throw around, and the AF are already playing Coachella and Sasquatch, and would seem like good bets for Lolla and ACL.

I doubt Arcade Fire will play Lollapalooza. That whole feste is just a corporate joke IMO. A billion bands with one hour sets?! lol But I could defiantely see them at ACL. Is it significant to anyone else that AC is promoting the Arcade Fire show in May?

I don't know if this is true but i thought i heard that big artist aren't allowed to play nashville or atlanta in a certain amount of time before and after Bonnaroo. If that is the case May i think is pretty close to June from what i remember from grade school.
Uh, Arcade Fire played Lollapalooza in 2005. Plus, the same people run Lollapalooza as do Austin City Limits. As such, the scheduling is really similar and there is usually a good amount of overlap.

I guess it goes to show that refreshing works. I only refreshed for two minutes before 10 and ended up in rear orchestra row NN.
This week I got my Bonnaroo tickets, next week it's Arcade Fire. I'm equally excited for both shows. Now just combine the two and my mind will be officially blown.
What time did tickets go on sale today? 10am? Tryin to figure out what the deal is next week for the Philly show on-sale times and whatnot, cause I can't find sh!t on it anywhere.
hahaha, yeah im sure they fly coach.... we need to chip in and pay them seperatly, 1$ a person = around 100K, i think they might reconsider for that much money
edit: wow they killed their first song on snl, never seen him smash a guitar or pull put the strings before....
