Wu-Tang puts on a great show. I saw them years and years ago with Rage in Pittsburgh. They were really great live... unlike a lot of rap performers. Also, while one is rapping, the others spark up blunts and pass them down to the crowd.... THE ENTIRE SHOW.

I believe Tony Bennett is touring this year - that dude is cool. If you want diverse acts, pair Tony up with NIN and let it rip. Heck, Johnie Cash pulled it off.

It was a really good show. A buddy of mine was a manager for Wu (they have a lot of relatives in Steubenville, Ohio... where I'm from) and he gave me like 20 tickets and back stage passes and even introduced me to Method Man (he was very cool).
I'm still saying Sigur Ros or Explosions in the Sky will be added... one of the two.
I was born in the back seat of a Yellow Cab in a hospital loading zone and with the meter still running. I emerged needing a shave and shouted 'Time Square, and step on it!

A new Eagles album - their first new studio album since 1979 - expected to be titled The Long Road to Eden, has been reportedly in production for several years. In an August 2006 interview, Joe Walsh predicted a 2007 release.[11] In a private concert held at the end of January 2007, Don Henley reported that the album would be released "in 60 to 90 days, if we don't kill each other first.
A fourth headliner would surprise me. Tom Waits would surprise me. Panic at the Disco would surprise me in a bad way.
amen. i would rather watch michael mcdonald with barbara streisand than watch ole crappy disco.
"I would rather listen to Fran Drescher for eight hours than have to listen to Michael McDonald. Nothin' against him, but if I hear 'Yah Mo B There' one more time, I'm going to Yah Mo Burn This Place To The Ground."

karma for the virgin reference in terms of panic at the disco alternatives.

I slit the sheet. The sheet I slit and on the slitted sheet I sit.
1.) de la rocha hasn't done anything in 5 years. 2.) audioslave has officially disbanded as of today so you know the drummer, bass and guitar players don't have anything going on with the exception of the nightwatchman. 3.) given today's controversial political climate...
i would be surprised if they did NOT get back together for a tour.

I was thinking that Weird Al would be on the initial lineup, cause of his new album and all. If he's not on any of the updates then that is just a f*ckin travesty.
if either roger waters or david gilmour are announced I believe my boyfriend will have a heart attack.
I'd say I'm hoping for it, but then I'd have a dead boyfriend. But it would round this out NICELY, and then I bet he wouldn't be so price-shocked by those VIP tix.
It just seems to need a few classic rock acts to round out things a bit. So I think something like this is a possiblity. Peter Frampton would be nice too. Saw him a few years ago and he's still workin it for an old dude
We treat mishaps like sinking ships and I know that I don't want to be out to drift Well I can see it in your eyes like I taste your lips and They both tell me that we're better than this

Jack White will be there, he helped Loretta Lynn win that Grammy with Van Lear's Rose, they seem to be friends or at least some type of musical kindred spirits. Loretta Lynn's ranch is just a couple hours away from Manchester if that.
