oooh...damn that'd be so nice. derek trucks is in his band now, and if anyone can play layla like duane allman, it's him. i'd advise anyone that likes clapton/abb/derek and the dominoes track down the allman bros. covering layla live. also, during clapton's tour last year, they did a pretty sweet layla>cocaine, if you can wrap your mind around that.
derek toured with him on his last time out, and plays on a bunch of tracks on the new album. if clapton did in fact come to bonnaroo (crosses fingers), dt would be with him.

i agree, that would be nice. Also need the wailers for that. they recently played local to me and they were incredible they would be a nice daytime addition.
