Is there a Discord for you guys that go a lot? I’ve got a few names and faces I know but would love to meet more of y’all.
Planning on hitting up Versailles for lunch on Friday (unless you locals know of a better Cuban place) for pre-fest food. If anyone wants a meet up beforehand, lemme know!
It's less "traditional" but I think Cafe La Trova is my favorite cuban restaurant in Miami right now, Versailles can be hit or miss these days.

Anybody staying on the beach? I'm out for III Points this year but I may still do a satellite event and am always up for a coffee, bite to eat, or a trip to a kavabar if anyone wants too hang.
Get your ass to Versailles! No club shows for me but I’d love to hang.
In true GL fashion, I’ve been here 3 hours, fell off a flight of stairs and have a huge gash in my head. I look like a fucking bad ass rn.
Sounds like you are doing Miami proper! I'm not a big crossing the bridge guy, tho. If you make it to SoBe, lmk!

I’m here in South Beach at The Gale
I'm just a few blocks away from your hotel! Down to link up for a kava or whatevs on this side of the bridge.

yeah, a truly absurd level of a great time. and meeting so many of y’all was so sick. linking up at true vine and then vibing together for Soulwax and Jamie was a hell of a crescendo to almost 10 years posting on this site.
- Justice was absolutely phenomenal. Overdelivered on the hype and then some. I totally see why Sinopoli saw that shit at Coachella and immediately threw everything he could to get them to Miami. One of the most impressive things I've ever seen. - Soulwax was insane as well, even if it felt a little wasted with such an early set. Still, wild they pulled off that booking so last minute. Massive Attack who? - 444 was fine...I genuinely admire the attempt at recreating the Despacio feel, but you just can't create the music & mixing from the OGs. But 444 was better than nothing I guess. - Jungle in the rain was incredibly fun; I'm excited to see how their set take evolves on their next tour. - Didn't spend too much time at RC Cola but did catch a bit of Rob Garza. Dude played some Talking Heads, nice. - Poor Bar Italia struggled thru major tech issues but still delivered a great set - A-Trak in that in that lil red bull thing was criminal - Wasn't exactly sure what to expect for Parliament Funkadelic but enjoyed it. The crowd was surprisingly very engaged. - Don't think I spent any time at Isotropic or Sequence this year, whoops
Cheers to Julie & co for a crazy weekend. Just so much clear intention oozing out of that experience. This isn't really my scene at all but I love having such a unique festival with stellar acts right in my neighborhood, I will never pass this up.
2025: Chem Bros | Tame Impala | King Gizz | Peggy Gou | Despacio
