Man that little rain we got during Conan was just perfect. A little shower but nothing too bad and then it stopped and the weather cooled a bit again. Just a beautiful day for Sunday last week.
I was concerned we'd miss out on Jack once it was confirmed he was at the fort. Instead we got Buckets of Rain right when the rain came. I do believe they likely partially planned that by knowing the weather report ahead of time but it was still beautiful timing. I enjoyed seeing Taylor from Dawes walk over and point out to Conan, before the song, that it started to rain out in the audience. Loved it.

Sat and Sun look miserable
Nah rain should hold off. But it’s brutally hot- fine if you’re by the water and get the breeze but walk even a block or two back from the beach and it’s intense. I walked literally five minutes from private beach to grab lunch yesterday and I was dying.

Airbnb booked. Stoked for round two. I had a really great time. I was nervous about how much it was costing me to attend the fest, but all said and done, it was worth it and I wouldn’t stay further away to save money. The ability to bike to my Airbnb and walk to after shows was something I really enjoyed about the fest didn’t touch a car all weekend.
