Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
i don't have a comparison point between all 3 artists because of the rainout, but Steve Lacy was on Friday and the crowd was probably ~50% of Boygenius', but the crowd's energy was really strong, and the show was excellent.
i think overall people just didn't buy 3-day passes, even though they were a good value if you had interest in 2 of the days
I’m so confused. I’m just glad I don’t own this shit show. (I’m still going).
Hey Druid any thoughts on parking for this? It's in a neck of the woods I don't normally go and I think you're the only other Nashville person here.
Well, there is no parking. They recommend taking a bus. Ha!
You could go eat at Ted's Montana Grill down and across the street from the park. Then just leave your car there. My sweet hubby is dropping me off. Then when it's done I'm walking down West End to BrickTops restaurant where he will be eating some deviled eggs & millionaire’s bacon. Delicious.

Urgh. I remember there being some parking garages in that general area. Hopefully I'll luck out, even if I have to walk a little.

For those coming from out-of-town to Columbus this weekend, it’s also Community Fest (Com Fest) at Goodale Park down the road from the venue which I definitely recommend checking out for some food, shops, and some music.

Thanks for the heads up! Sounds cool, and Saturday forecast looking much improved.
MMJ tomorrow and LCD Saturday, what an Inforoo Approved weekend

Anyone coming into Cbus for this must hit ComFest as well. It is basically Bonnaroo in a big city park.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. I don't see shows here, so I'm not really familiar with the parking like I am at other venues. But there are some garages around. Homewood Suites has one at 2410 West End Avenue. It is right across the street. It's $32 though and you have to be out by 11PM unless you are staying there. There is another garage at 2022 West End Avenue but I don't know the price.
A friend is at the Chicago event now, he said the setup is good with some shaded areas and trees off to the side. He said it’s not too crowded for Steve Lacy yet but it’s early.

With merch being such an important revenue stream for bands these days, I really don’t understand why it’s so common for merch stands to be understaffed and understocked.
Forecast for Chicago Sunday looking better, overnight thunderstorms Saturday into Sunday with possible slight rain during the day. Doesn’t seem likely for a cancellation

They have an entire semi full of merch but it appears to be a bunch of volunteers from a local senior center running the actual tables.
Another scene report with Chicago drink prices: Bud Light $12, grapefruit tequila $14 (“best value”), 20oz Neon Beer Hug $16 (only at the goose island tent)
