I still feel like it makes a ton of sense to have the Saturday main stages look something like this:
What Lil Nas X 9:30 - 10:30 > Odesza 11:30 - 1:00 Which: Korn 10:00 - 11:30 > MMJ 12:30 - 3:30
I feel like Korn has to be later than that with the way the original leaker and the Owl teased it. I’m thinking 130 am in a tent as a counter to MMJ
When they teased it, it sounded like we’d be surprised by how important of a spot they are getting. I don’t think a tent does that. If you wanted to slide everything back 30 mins I think that could work too… maybe shave mmj’s set length by 30 mins.

Changed Saturday around to emulate Fri '19 and switched a couple things Friday. Kept STS9, MMJ and Korn from conflicting. Alex G and Fleet Foxes get 1.25 hr tent slots. Feel like they'll add an act or two for Saturday bc it feels a little light.

Thursday: Petey or Cimafunk -> Ezra -> Diarrhea Planet -> 070 Shake -> Freedia -> could go Suki or CVC or Liquid Stranger, depends on mood -> Mersiv
Friday: Jupiter & Okwess -> Black Midi -> Charley Crockett -> Alex G -> Fleet Foxes -> Rina or snag good spot for... -> Kendrick -> Knocked Loose -> Three 6 -> annoyed at this sunrise setup for the Other but prob would be there unless WITW was good lol
Saturday: The Beths -> Jenny Lewis or Gioli & Assia (rly hoping they get a LN spot tho!) -> Sheryl -> Lil Nas X -> JID or end of Bob Moses -> ODESZA -> Soft Tukker -> rest of MMH --> Korn -> what happened to stuff past 3am on The Other?
Sunday: Peach Pit -> Amber Mark -> Men I Trust -> MK -> Paramore -> Pixies -> Foos or leave
A lil confused about Saturday late night -- nothing on The Other from 3-6am? Would be pretty disappointed if neither one of Bob Moses nor Gioli & Assia get a late night spot
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
maybe I'm being too optimistic, but I think Gioli & Assia make a lot of sense in the Nora En Pure slot from last year - and then Bob Moses slated for the sunrise spot...could they do a live set earlier in the day then a DJ set LN?

Yeah that's why I was saying I think they're gonna add some acts bc it doesn't seem like enough to do the late night like they have recently. I just switched it though to have Gioli close.

Friday - split of Sampa The Great and Jupiter & Okwess > Morgan Wade > Charley Crockett > Sylvan Esso > Fleet Foxes > a little Diesel and a little Baby Keem > Rina Sawayama > Kendrick > Vulpeck > Three 6 Mafia
Saturday - Jenny Lewis > Walker & Royce > Lil Nas X > STS9 > Odesza > Tyler Childers > MMJ > Korn > Gioli & Assia
Sunday - Hermanos Gutierrez > Makaya Mccraven > Men I Trust > MK > Franz > Paramore > Pixies > Foos

Kern's Mock Update
Thursday: Neighbor > Petey > Ezra Furman > Diarrhea Planet > 070 Shake > Big Freedia > CVC Notes: Sucks to miss Cimafunk and Dehd. I wouldn't be very excited about this schedule.
Friday: Jupiter & Okwess > Black Midi > Alex G > Fleet Foxes > Rina Sawayama > Kendrick Lamar > Knocked Loose > Three 6 Mafia Notes: Would sign up for this. Fleet / PtM / Muna kinda suck but oh well.
Saturday: The Beths > Danielle Ponder > Lil Nas X Pit > JID > Odesza > My Morning Jacket Pit > Remi Wolf > end of Korn > Gioli & Assia Notes: The MMJ thing is so far fetched that it's hard to begin to think about this seriously.
Sunday: Hermanos Gutierrez > Makaya McCraven > Men I Trust > Franz Ferninand > Paramore > Foo Fighters pit Notes: Looks good to me. I do think Pixies will end up in that Revivalists spot though.
I think MMJ LN What makes more sense than Korn in a tent
I think they will both be on Which in the dark but one of the two will start before midnight. And the person who communicated that (likely Korn) they were late night just figured 10:45 - 12 counted the same way Lumineers claimed they headlined Bonnaroo.

Idk why it's that far fetched. This will be the 20th Anniversary of their first Roo performance and they're obv important to the Roo culture. It could provide a special performance. What Stage would only be running for 10 hrs that day so it wouldn't be a union issue. Some mocks have MMJ on Which til 6am.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

Roo twitter said "wait until you see what time they're playing" in response to a Korn tweet. They're both definitely gonna be actual late night.

Yeah I don't think that tweet is evidence of that.

Roo social media has done some dumb stuff but I don't think they'd tweet that if they were playing at like 9pm. Going out of their way to specifically highlight the time strongly hints at LN.
The guy who leaked Korn first said they were LN too.

- Thursday This Tent is awesome. - Morgan Wade/Black Midi conflict would stink. - Love the idea of MMJ LN on What - but also, have a hard time seeing Odesza starting as early as 9. - Peach Pit having that early of a slot on Sunday would be rough for me.

I agree, at the risk of sounding like a total wet blanket, the idea of Korn in a tent sounds potentially dangerous to me. I think they need to be on Which.

While you could be correct about potentially being dangerous, there is a strong possibility that they are against 1-2 other huge acts that make the Korn crowd dwindle. Late night sets are hit or miss with turn out. Some of them there is so much room compared to all the panic advertised on here for 4 months.

Did you have a stroke when you wrote 9pm? 10:45pm was my example and on the Which that's a great slot. Or even 11:00pm - 12:30am would work with MMJ doing 1:30 - 3:00.

I’m leaning towards thinking they’ll play during Odesza on the Which.

when would that put Odesza? Usually time spot for Friday Saturday headliners is 11-12:30.

I think there is a solid chance that Odeza and Korn overlap for 30 or more as a reverse of last year where the electronic act was playing during the headliner. Now that the electronic act is the headliner I could see there being major non electronic counter-programming happening. I'm kind of joking here but I could even picture Korn on Other the entire time during Odesza (would fulfill the (you'll never guess where we put them), but I think it will be Which. Both MMJ and Korn have both now said they are playing late night. Don't see either one of them would be in a tent. On the what podcast interview with the booker, he said he couldn't reveal the stage that MMJ is playing because that would give up mor einformaiton about how long they were playing. That to me means he was hinting at the 3 hour Which set. I think it's so plausible that whoever said Korn was LN could have considered 1045 - 12 to fall into that category.
Something like:
What: Tyler Childers 7:30 - 8:30 > Lil Nas X 9:30 -10:30 > Odesza 11:30 - 1:00
Shameless plug for my mock but Saturday very little overlap. The only stretch is Tyler playing 7-8. I could see Korn getting an Hour and 15 too but besides that this would be sick
