Perfectly fine and legal to bite an act someone else already drafted per the rules. Also perfectly fine and legal to create a social stigma around doing so

drafting an already taken act is the actual definition of biting. I'm not sure how that's stretching.
for me biting = a cheap pick to try and emulate an unavailable act. like going for Damon in the hopes that people will just think of the Gorillaz songs he could play. Gorillaz being an unavailable act.
This is taking acts that are, by the definition of the rules we all signed up for without objection, still available. I’m not sure why the idea of trying something new is so off putting to y’all but it’s really dumb to complain about now imo. Take Nick Drake or SZA if it’ll make you feel better idc.
