So where are the amps, cause there are none on the tour.
Paramore ending their tour at Lolla feels appropriate. I expect them as a #4-5, either South closer on Thursday or North on Saturday type-deal. Happy for Lolla fans; even if Paramore isn't your cup of tea, it's an extremely solid booking that should give some optimism about what C3 is trying to do...
Think they go on the main weekend and will fit in a Metro show to boot. Top 4 for sure. If Bonnaroo is headlining them why wouldnt they be similar at Lolla. I think ACL was an anomaly billing wise since they still had a headliner size crowd during a prime slot. They could have them and a K Pop artist against em.
It's not like playing on Thursday is some insult. Even setting aside Metallica ( who was #1 overall this year) acts like Miley, Muse, Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes have headlined the south field on Thursday. Paramore fits right in that spot.

i know they are but i’m gonna delude myself into thinking Nick Farkas wont go that low. even though he booked MGK and Logic. only goddamn festival that would book those two and acts like the Chemical Brothers, yeah yeah yeahs and James Blake

Imagine Dragons with support from AJR has been announced for Summerfest in WI. I think both are very possible for Lolla.
I know how excited everybody just got from the idea of that happening but please try and remain calm. We have a long way to go.
Pretty sure the last time Lolla shared a headliner with Summerfest was Outkast in 2014 ( who were at like every fest) so I don't think this increases their chances of playing Lolla
