I finally got around to watching the Todrick nomination ceremony. He thinks it'll go down as something really memorable, and he's right, but it won't be remembered how he thinks.
Haven't been keeping up with feeds/show much since Carson left since I really just can't be bothered to care much. Honestly, Miesha deserves to win at this point.

The BBCAN10 cast just got announced. A hilarious tidbit: shortly after the BBCAN9 cast was announced, a cast member was discovered to have made racist remarks on his social networks and was promptly replaced by a guy named Kyle Moore. People on Twitter found *another* guy named Kyle Moore and spammed his Twitter account until he had to reveal that he wasn't the same guy and had knew basically nothing about the show. Good news: he's going to be on this season!

it seems season 10 has replaced the grills prize with a bunch of money to spend at what seems to be the canadian tj maxx/marshalls/home goods equivalent. intro videos on the premiere went on for too long, but i'm excited for my first live bbcan experience!

CBB related---Holy Cow. Shanna Moakler is having a really rough time at it for being 46. She is pregnant by that 28yr old who just beat on her. When they first started dating I was "hell yeah, baby, that is how you do your forties!". But that went south fast.

signed up for a VPN since I've wanted to for a while and decided to dive into BBCAN10 last night. watched the first couple episodes and then started live feeds RIGHT before Jay and Kyle had their talk. it's refreshing to watch feeds without the jarring music that BBUS plays when feeds go down and I appreciate the realness and respect the cast mostly seems to have for each other, especially when it comes to pronoun usage.
my early favorite was Kyle but he's got a bit of a target on him now, but under the radar king Kevin is going to backstab so many people this season!

I'm using SurfShark. it works great and it's easy to use. I did the 2 year + 2 months deal they had so it's a bit of an upfront cost, but I've got it working with BBCAN and BBC stuff so it's worth it for me. plus, with the VPN I can use it for east coast BBUS instead of using the geo-location spoofing so that'll be nice when it starts up.
it's a bummer there's not an easy way to watch the episodes live, but VideoBrother and bmx-tv worked OK even though the quality wasn't great.
I haven't watched BBCAN1 yet, so I haven't clicked your spoiler, but if it's what I think it is...

I started BBCAN9 but only watched the first episode since I decided to watch BBCAN10. I like the concept of the teams though! I wish BBUS would be more like The Challenge where they have a different format every season. Teams, Rivals, Etc. season 8 was really good because of the hole rivals thing, and they tried teams with season 14 but they always seem to give up after a couple weeks and it becomes a normal season.
I really wish Jay stayed a bit longer. they were messy, and didn't really campaign much until it was too late, but I think they would have made things interesting -- especially since Kyle is the new HOH. Hopefully Jess is safe for another week!

i enjoyed jay too, and the ceremony they performed with the other houseguests was touching. the only disappointment was them not still being in a handstand when the doors to arisa opened. i've been voting to give jess the *belair direct eviction insurance* hoping they'll be safe after turning their game around over the last week.
