Lord this is bad. Not much unique stuff on the top lines and a really weak undercard... That Friday is absolutely atrocious and as a local, neither Sat nor Sun is strong enough for me to say "okay I'll def do a 1-day ticket."
Can someone ask the old lady from Egypt what she thinks of Lana Del Rey headlining Coachella so we can know whether the festival has redeemed its reputation as a laughingstock worldwide

I had this penciled in to come back to Vegas. Ooof. Hard pass. I feel like these multi-genre festivals have had a horrible run recently.
theyre all just have so much fucking filler now. idk if its because a lot of the better indie/hip hop acts just arent touring or what but this season has been abysmal aside from coachella and osheaga as far as NA fests go. even the latter is lacking compared to the past few years

I was hoping to go to this. I really like the layout of the festival, one of the best if not best city festivals I've been to.
This lineup will not get me back.
I’ve never made it to Vegas (had plans for April 2020 lol) and the past lineups and rave reviews here for the convenience of it all (staying at a hotel in walking distance, like Golden Nugget) had me thinking I’d go this year but this lineup killed that dead

It really is a nice festival. I like a lot of the personality that Old Vegas has, and the festival does a nice job of incorporating the local businesses into the map.
Atomic Liquors has a ton of history to it, and you can just go grab a drink there and chill while watching the second stage.
I actually don't think this is *that* bad. My wife really wants to return so we bought early birds, though I'm still curious about Format Fest the same weekend. We're also going to OSL and yeah, it's annoying that they're sharing 2/3 headliners but there's actually less crossover than I first thought. LIB has a fun and unique built-in atmosphere, almost regardless of who's playing.
That being said, the Killers in Vegas should be fun. And I've been clamoring to see the Yeah Yeah Yeahs again. We love the 1975. My wife loves Kendrick and is a Khalid fan as well. Lots of acts I missed at Coachella last year - Flume, Omar Apollo, Madeon, Kim Petras, Purple Disco Machine, Amber Mark, Rina Sawayama. Nelly? Sure, why not! I like John Summit, Roosevelt, and Claptone. Ben Bohmer too I think. Dayglow and Beach Weather - have heard both on rock radio recently, cool. The Wombats have a song my wife likes. I think there's plenty here for us to have a fun weekend.
