also, I'd imagine without TO you'd could do it in groop camping if there's a groop of inforooers? Idk where or how else you'd do it without the space of TO. I dont know if it'd work in the campgrounds...
Over the last few years a lot of Camp Inforoo regulars abandoned ship fer GROOP. From what little scuttlebutt I’ve heard it does kinda seem like it’s original incarnation in TO is dead as of this year.
Updated the OP to make it more fanciful and inviting. I'll be the point person for organizing it this year as long as no one feels like their toes are being stepped on - I wouldn't wanna do that! But Steph and Krissyjo aren't that active anymore on the boards so I'll do what I can.
Right now if anyone would like to volunteer to bring plates, utensils, water, etc. - they are always needed. Last year people brought warm foods, cold foods, dips and chips, one year I brought a giant box of 5-hr Energies, there was karaoke one year... If you've been to Brunch before you know how much fun it can be, but its success is determined by what we put into it, so show me what you got!
Bingo. Things were starting to sound a little racy and I got carried away. If I make it to Bonnaroo this year I will not be bringing mashed potatoes to brunch now, because of the speculation that could arise. You're welcome.
Put me down for two gallon jugs of cold coffee, and some creamers so folks can make iced coffee. It’s no Starbucks but it’ll do the trick,
Non-diary creamer and unopened almond/oat milk. They deal with condition changes. And if you do it right, your cold coffee will always be better than Starbucks
Alcohol shall be easy to figure out once we have more numbers.
It would be very helpful for us to figure out a grill situation to re-heat food if necessary.
I'll be in access/Ada but I have a camp oven. Might be a pain to move depending on where brunch ends up being though. Nevermind I'm a dumbass. Group is a hike from pod 4 with a propane tank and 50 pound grill. If someone has a wagon we could make it work.
