The averages in Manchester, TN for June 11-14 are a high of 84, low of 60. September 24-27 is high of 81, low of 52. Last year specifically though it was a good bit hotter on the September dates. Precipitation also higher on average in June than September.

So nominally cooler during the day, noticeably cooler at night. I can live with that.
Oh crap. Bonnaroo during football season. A whole new set of conflicts!!!
Interesting they said nothing about refunds. Could come later, but I would have thought if they were going to offer them they would have explicitly mentioned it in the announcement.

Gonna need a standard deviation to make my true assessment
Won't do much good for this Bills fan. They're rarely the national game.
I would hope a sports bar has Sunday Ticket
I mean, it's only a sports bar for a weekend. I'm not sure if they're going to worry much about the selection of games that they're showing at their music festival.
If they keep 90% of the lineup they will retain at least that many people on the farm (I assume there will be refunds offered but they will ask people to exchange tickets first, I'm sure that's why it hasn't been just thrown at there). There are people who will go in September over June (and obviously vice versa) - this was the smartest decision that could have been made with all the given factors. It is all about how much of the lineup they can retain though, and if they can't what they replace what with.
Another thing I just saw is that Manchester has 2.5 hours less daylight in September than in June. It gets dark 1.5 hours earlier (better visuals) and the sun comes up an hour later (more sleep).

This is 5-6 weeks after school starts. That will be a big factor in attendance.
