total strikeout on El Paso and Phoenix but we already have flight and hotels so... guess we're gonna figure it out. And figuring it out does not include paying a grand per.
...why did you buy flights and hotels before making sure you could get tickets?

It's a fair question. Rage has been my top bucket list act for a long, long time. A couple buddies and myself said we were gonna be there for the first shows back, so we're going to be there. I've ripped on others for the same thing before but I'll cop to my hypocrisy. Absolute worst case scenario I have a roadtrip through the Southwest with friends I hardly get to see with a Rage show in Las Cruces in the middle.

Wonder if these shows are more 2000 DNC-ish instead of purely Anti-Trump now that it’s Biden v Trump
They should do both but still encourage people to vote blue. Idk about yall but it shouldnt be ignored that they YET AGAIN circumvented democracy. thats just my opinion though. This is Rage Against The Machine and the DNC is part of that machine.

I'm a Sanders supporter but last night WAS democracy. His base didn't show up. That's ballgame.
Its not some crazy conspiracy other than moderate candidates drop out and support moderate they think will win.
And instead of saying all of your goodbyes - let them know you realize that life goes fast - It's hard to make the good things last-you realize the sun doesn't go down - It's just an illusion caused by the world spinning round

I think this tour is definitely still happening at some point. The band knows that these are unusual times and the demand for them is insane. I doubt they flush it all down the drain.

We might need them more in 2021 than 2020. Road crews and venue staff will need the work, politics will still be fucked no matter who wins the Presidency, fanbases for every musician on earth will be clamoring for concerts.
So yes hopefully they still do all the shows (except the festivals that were cancelled outright might not be able to rebook them).

if the reunion was brought on by the inspiration to respond to current issues, the handling of the virus by the federal gov't would only influence them more.
i was very excited to see this tour but at this point i just want my money back, i feel like i'm raging against the machine much better when that money is supporting my local venues and smaller artists. i'm ok with their 2008 RNC bullhorn performance being my live memory of them
All dates officially rescheduled starting June 2021. Didn't look at all of them but looks like (mostly) identical routing through july and august. My date is now 7/7/21
Well the date in my city was going to be two weeks before my wedding and now it is going to be on the day of and after my wedding. Very unfortunate routing

Looks like they’re skipping Camden/Philly now. Awesome.

This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
