The worst part for me was being on the ticket page, selecting 2 tickets from the dropdown menu, clicking add to cart... and then being put in the wait room.
Same happened to me. But when I loaded on mobile I was put in the waiting room before adding tickets.

for those of you waiting or shut out, dont forget how relatively easy it is to score tickets through lute. everyone i know who has signed up, even a month or two out, has gotten the tickets they wanted
Keep the faith. Son ordered two and got right in. I tried for 4 and got stuck in line. Then was able to buy one for Friday (inch by inch). Last year, after I gave up, II heard a new batch went on sale as a few scalpers, bad credit cards and over the limit tix were caught. The smaller the number you order the better, I think.
And Lyte -- I got all my Lyte tix and ordered them quite late, so you will be fine.
Anyone have an idea what time will Lyte be up and running?
I think last year they opened it either in the afternoon or the day or so later. Once they run through all the actual tickets and confirm that are in fact sold out they usually open it.

It seems like people are having a harder time this year than other years. Only 1 of my group that goes got tickets. I luckily donate and got mine already. Well worth the money and you donate to a good cause.
Well after an all too stressful conference call with the group that saw my credit card getting declined as I was the only one to secure tickets, I finally did get them (by paying with my debit - oof real money gone, rice and beans for dinner this week...)
Got the official SOLD OUT. What algorhythm do they use? A friend went on at 10:05 and scored two. I went on at 10 and got one Friday. At least son and I now have 4. Anything extra that comes my way I will post here.
WTF is the point of the waiting room if I just get shut out anyways.
I got on right at 10, got stuck in the waiting room for several minutes, then when I finally got out tickets were unavailable. Then I was able to refresh and select tickets numerous times, but when I hit place order it said unavailable. I was able to select tickets as late as 10:39, but every single time I wasn't able to hit place order fast enough. What a joke of a process.

Corin and I are in for year eight. Bringing some friends as well for their first year. Wasn't smooth but it's done. Good luck to everybody else resorting to Lyte. Sign up early and I'm positive you'll be in.

Well that sucked. Was right on at 10 and got booted to the waiting room. Was only able to pull 1 2-day and 2 fridays. Will complete with Lyte but the waiting room aspect was bullshit. First time in 11 years I haven't gotten tickets. Might be the end of the road for me and NFF.

The app was a shitshow. Once you got through the waiting room and it said unavailable, you couldn’t refresh...you had to go back into the waiting room again...what is up with that?
I'm another one who was in right at 10, put 3 three-day passes in my cart, then was booted to the waiting room. When I got back in, it said tickets were unavailable in that quantity, refreshed, blah blah.... Anyway! My question is about Lyte. If I need 3 three-day passes, does anyone know if I will only get moved up the list if 3 together become available? Is it better to put in 3 separate requests for one three-day pass? Does that makes sense? I googled and read Lyte's FAQs but I can't find an answer. Thanks!
