Watching Radiohead from 94. Maquiladora was a fucking jam. I wonder why it didn't make the album.
Also can't imagine the shock and awe I would have felt hearing Street Spirit in the encore. You're just there seeing this band that rocks pretty hard with that one big hjt. And then they hit you with this beautiful song?

Anyone planning to host a stream for bonnaroo stuff next weekend?
We should forget the stream and all meet on the farm. Bring a shovel and we will put in the lazy river that somebody thought was a good idea in the pre Covid era. I think it should run from This Tent all the way to Where in the Woods. Otherwise I’m usually too tired to hike out to Where in the Woods.
I'm installing Kast now so may try to run a stream on and off over the next week or so. I have some videos from shows I attended 2006-2015. If it works out and doesn't conflict with anyone else's plans I will share intentions more completely.
Update: All seems pretty straight forward. I might do a test stream tonight with something special. If you are interested to join in PM your Kast screen name because I want to keep the whole thing fairly under control for inforoo members only in case it gets out on the wider webs.
Think this link should be good even day to day when I go offline/return again.
I will open the stream in about a half an hour but show won't start until 8:00. Come join if you are able so I can find out if my upload capacity will be sufficient or not to carry out what I have planned over the next 10 days. Thanks!
Update: Had an audio issue work out initially but then worked really good so going to play 2 sets tomorrow from June 8th, 2012: Foster the People and Radiohead for 8 year anniversary. Each day after that will do the same with a selection of sets from those dates as well. I will stick with an 8:00 EST start time for tomorrow and same link above should get you in but please PM me here on inforoo if your sign in doesn't match what you use on here.
I just opened up the room for tonight's Kast stream. I got a couple requests to join earlier today but no idea who they were from so if it is you send me a message here on inforoo so I know to accept them. Otherwise feel free to join and I will start the first show in 30 minutes.
Last night was fun even though there were only 3 of us in there. Going to be back at it tonight starting at 8:00 EST once again. These will be more shows from 2012 (Saturday June 9th sets now since last night were Fridays) with Battles up first at 8:00 EST, Red Hot Chili Peppers around 9:15 EST and Alice Cooper slotting in as the first "Late Night" show approximately 11:15 EST. Hope a few more will join in so use the link below to get access and PM me here so I know who you are. Thanks!

Had a couple more new people tuned in last night and was an enjoyable watch. Going to finish up Bonnaroo 2012 sets tonight with pair of shows from Sunday of that year: The Shins & Bon Iver. Those will be followed by two Friday sets from 2011: tonight's "headliner" Arcade Fire followed by Big Boi as "late night" entertainment. With having an additional show will need to move the start time earlier so will get under way at 6 pm EST tonight.
The Shins (June 10, 2012) 6 pm EST Bon Iver (June 10, 2012) ~7:30 pm EST Arcade Fire (June 10, 2011) 9 pm EST Big Boi (June 10, 2011) ~10:30 pm EST

I'm going to go ahead and open up the room early and listen to an audio only recording of The xx from 6/10/10 as a preshow. The full video program will still beginning as originally scheduled at 6:00. As a separate note on the off chance my power goes out there are some storms moving through my location currently but in all likelihood we should remain on schedule.

Tonight's stream will begin at 7:00 EST but I will likely open the room around 5:00 to listen to The Flaming Lips set from June 11, 2010. I will be playing 4 sets from 2010 and 1 from 2015. The first 3 are short so will still have the headliner at 9:00 as I have been doing with a late night set to follow. Here is a rundown of the schedule:
Tori Amos (June 11, 2010) 7 pm EST Courtney Barnett (June 11, 2015) ~7:45 pm EST LCD Soundsystem (June 11, 2010) ~8:30 pm EST The National(June 11, 2010) 9 pm EST Nas & Damian Marley (June 11, 2010) ~10:30 pm EST

The weekend is just about here and while I know we would all prefer to be some place else and all together I have put together a group of performances to fill that void a little bit. Things will kick off tonight at 7:00 EST with Weezer's performance from 2010. After that is The Strokes from 2011 at 8:00 EST. That leads into the evening's headlining set by Jay-Z from 2010 and following that will be Run the Jewels from 2015 in "Late Night". There is much more to come over the weekend so take a look at the full schedule below.

As is typically the case where Bonnaroo is involved I can't believe it is Sunday already! It has been a fun weekend but still a bunch more cool things to look forward to today.
SUNDAY Jack White (June 14, 2014) 1:00 pm EST Phosphorescent (June 14, 2014) 3:30 pm EST James Blake (June 14, 2014) 4:15 pm EST Frank Ocean (June 14, 2014) 5:30 pm EST Caribou (June 14, 2015) 6:30 pm EST Robert Plant (June 14, 2015) 7:45 pm EST Billy Joel (June 14, 2015) 9:00 pm EST
The room is open and I hope you will join me. Just use the link above and request access to the group to join in. Also, (as a bit of a tease) I still have a handful of other sets I haven't played yet so Sunday isn't technically the final day this year. I'll post what left and those plans tomorrow.
