It was essentially just me and Tristan at Blood Orange, rocking side to side w nearly identical rhythm/dance moves.
I say we killed it.
Anyone watching might've disagreed.
There was a big dance party at my tent on Thursday but you wouldn't have known since you stood me up ):
Haha, joven amigo, I would've been happy to meet up for a show at some point, but why on earth would I have wanted to trek up to like pod 9 (wasn't there where you were?) for a tent party when the tent parties in Centeroo, with live music & all, were also on offer
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

I honestly enjoy the new Avett Brothers. They wouldn't book them and Beck in the same year. And I'd much prefer Beck. But I wouldn't mind an Avett return.
Why wouldn't they book both?
I feel like they would fill a similar spot on the lineup. The 3rd - 6th spot. I am not saying it isn't possible. Just not likely

I was not on the farm for 5 of those. I was at at least parts of every other one, except Jack Johnson, which I napped through, but I also sincerely doubt anyone is going to argue that Jack Johnson would put on a better show than Aerosmith

I loved the Jack Johnson show ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
like I said at camp this year: our motto really should be "Camp Inforoo: We're Bound to Shit on Something You Like"
First thing. Is it really a breakup if they are doing a farewell tour? Wouldn't that just be retiring?
Second in regards to the list:
I'll agree with everyone on your better than list. Then add the following to it: Tom Petty Arcade Fire Phish Black Keys(the 11 show was far from great but better than listening to Aerosmith) Lionel Ritchie Dead and Co And maybe even RHCP even though I left halfway through

The problem here is that it suggests that Aerosmith past 1979 is anything other than shitty
Though their catalogue is less than favorable and I really don't want them to hit fests next year. Steven Tyler does still sound great if that awful skittles commercial holds true to his current voice. I also assume the band hasn't randomly started sucking at their instruments. I'm sure it would be an entertaining and nostalgic show. But there are other entertaining and nostalgic shows that I haven't seen where I actually still like the music. (I listened to Aerosmith most from around 3rd to 5th grade but had listened to them all my life).

Those were 2/3 of the headliners at a pretty small (~5k attendance) fest here in Phoenix.
Assuming they even make it through Riot Fest, where/when would the Misfits play? Cause that'd be a kickass LN show but idk if they're too big for a tent (but idk that they could fill the Which) or would they maybe pre-HL one of the two main stages?

I think they'd be a LN tent. I can't see them being on What or Which in any slot.

Them being billed over Morrissey at Riot Fest made me wonder if they could maybe play What or Which but I agree that I think they'd either be LN tent or Pre-HL This or maybe conflict with one of the headliners (like Slayer and Mumford) Perhaps playing This Tent during The Weeknd or Drake or whichever mainstream garbage act they book next year

Misfits, even original lineup, are a tent act IMO. First I'm hearing of them getting back together, that's pretty cool.

I guess I just really love old punk so I thought they'd be bigger. But yeah, they're #1 on the Riot Fest lineups! Praying that this reunion lasts a lil bit so I've a more realistic/easy chance to see them!
