Wasn't able to score tickets to the San Antonio gig, going to attempt to cop some for the Houston show when they release on saturday. Should i just go to a ticketmaster retail machine thing at a Fiesta or HEB instead of using my computer?

If it were me, that's what I'd do (the physical location, see my posts earlier in this thread about it). Take your phone with you and search with the app at the same time. If you end up staying at home, the ticketmaster app gives better results than the website. But I'd be trying both for best chances.
Pensacola ticket secured! Friend got some not awesome seats via industry presale. Too sides-stagey for my tastes but I'm just glad to have a ticket so I can focus on getting a nola ticket and not stressing two on-sales at once.

industry presale? How does a bitch get in on this action?

edit: may try for the NOLA show as well
Might want to look up what business's are related to the Toyota Center. As far as I know, Toyota Center is not affiliated with Ticketmaster...hence why those tix are going on sale on Sat vs Fri like the rest of the venues.
Just looked it up...trying to get tix at a physical location will be at all Houston-area Randall's.

Last time I saw Tool in SA, I ended up picking up side stage seating last minute. Turned out to be a fantastic decision. I had the most perfect aerial view of Danny Carey laying waste to all drums in his path.
I didn't get to observe the visual splendor that is Tool visuals head on, but I was okay with that since I was seeing them 2 other times that week from alternative perspectives.
Hopefully your sidestage seats end up with a decent view of Danny!

No idea! My Panic fam knows someone working in radio, they always get a ton of tix. Longinus and I are in!

We're on the left side of the arena, when I last saw Tool in Biloxi it was def not sold out and my boss and I at the time were on the right side because we are both drummers and wanted to fawn over Danny. Had pretty epic positioning to stare him down the entire show.
The first spot we had, a speaker stack was in the way of him (hope that doesn't happen this time), so we moved down like 8 seats. At the end of the show Danny tossed his bass drum head and it went right where we originally were. Boooo.

I was pretty side stagey when I last saw Tool in 2010. Before that was the Lateralus tour, Philips Arena, we were in the back risers facing the stage head on. I definitely want seats like that this time, but I'll take whatever I can get.
I'll be pulling six tickets on Friday. Pretty big and diverse crew for this show. Tool brings all the hippies, metal heads, and beefcake gym guys out.
My festie bestie is officially handling getting us Tool tickets. I hate not being in control, but will allow it this one time due to the fact that the Melvins tickets are on sale at the same exact time. She better get fucking tickets. I swear.

We've got 4 people trying to pull 6 tickets today for the Pensacola show. My only hope is they've saturated the South pretty heavily with shows, and New Orleans goes on sale at the same time. Hoping it works out.

I'm so thrilled that this tour is happening. And the holidays are before it so the wait will go fast. What? It's January? And I have a Tool/Primus show in 3 weeks? Sploosh.

I'm SUPER psyched to see Tool, it's been five years.
So I'm definitely going to Pensacola. Bought two tickets for New Orleans just for the hell of it, now I'm trying to decide if I'm hitting that show too. Maybe y'all can help, here are the pros and cons:
Pros:
-Get to see Tool twice -Get to see Primus twice -There will probably be some small variation in the setlists -While I'm at the Pensacola show I'll be thinking "i get to do this again tomorrow night hell yeah"
Cons:
-New Orleans show is on a Sunday/work night -New Orleans show is 2-2.5 hour drive from where I live -This is the busiest time of year for me at work, I'll probably only get a few hours sleep that night and will have to work 8-10 hours the next day.
