Assuming the big 3 names are true, I'm pretty satisfied with my first Coachella headliners. LCD is always great. Guns N Roses is 50/50 but also nice to say "I was there." And I can skip Calvin Harris for a good spot at a different tent. Still pulling for Chemical Brothers but I have no doubt that whatever the electronic line-up looks like it will put Bonnaroo to shame. Can't wait to step into the Yuma tent for the first time.

Agreed you did warn me, and you were proven correct.
I have been in the shoes of everyone else on here anxiously waiting for lineup releases. I thought sharing the information I had with some would be a nice thing to do.
Those who requested to be included and weren't; were left out either because they were new or past behavior told me they weren't trust worthy. The people in that second category have really proven that I wasn't wrong on that.
I have tried other ways to get the information across and they didn't work out too well. This was the last way I decided to go about conveying leaks to board members; and it failed (as you correctly predicted). So now it's done.

In the future, if you know something and you want to tell people (and I'm sure it will happen), just tell people. Don't tell everyone you know, don't even hint at it, just go straight to the pms. That's the way good scoops have always circulated around here (like McCartney) and they've stayed off the boards.

honestly, even though it could of been handled better, some of you are being way too hard on a guy who gave out the headliners to the biggest fest in the US 3 months before the lineup comes out. just respect the guys wishes and don't leak the info.
