Well there's various lists out there (neither metacritic or wikipedia capture all of them), but here's the ones I've listened to more than once so far, or plan to.
Pangaea - Fabriclive 73 Dum Dum Girls - Too True Elephant - Elusive Youth (not out yet) Hospitality - Trouble Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks - Wig Out at Jagbags James Vincent McMorrow - Post Tropical Mogwai - Rave Tapes Alcest - Shelter Indian - From All Purity Warpaint - Warpaint East India Youth - Total Strife Forever Actress - Ghettoville Damien Jurado - Brothers and Sisters of the Eternal Son Thee Silver Mt. Zion Orchestra - Fuck Off Get Free We Pour Light on Everything You Blew It! - Keep Doing What You're Doing Young The Giant - Mind Over Matter
I welcome anything from others that isn't here - there's a lot that I really like but so far, nothing yet that I love this month.
Edit: removing Frahm and adding Actress and YtG. I don't think I will like YtG, but I will at least listen once to see.

Between Metacretic and Allmusic, I tend to get 80%90% each month, then I go to Now Playing Dos, but sometimes get confused with what's new, and what's just new to me. So far, that Andy Stott album is leading for me! ; )
I think the Young The Giant album doesn't suck isn't the worst album I've heard so far. I'll give it that.
Damien Jurado is promising.
Nice edit - I'm listening to that exact album right now and I was just thinking I don't remember him sounding so much like Mark Kozelek as he does on some songs here.
I'm going to try to participate in this, this year in order to actually listen to more new music this year. I have some catching up to do but so far my vote would be Warpaint.
This album is just so good to my ears to not vote for it. Soft and triumphant.
2. Dum Dum Girls 3. Against Me! 4. Indian (This album is fucked up. It is harsh and heavy. It conjured up thoughts of darkness and twisted situations. I really enjoyed it.) 5. Mogwai - Rave Tapes

FYI lock up February, it's going to be Broken Bells.
I do like it a lot more after the second listen. The only other Feb album I've heard so far is Angel Olsen, and so far it's my album of the year, as silly as that sounds for February 1st.

I finally got to listen to Warpaint all the way through and it was really damn good, I'm gonna stick with Actress though I believe. Wasn't digging Mogwai that much and McMorrow didn't really stand out. Only thing I have left to revisit to that may change my mind is Mt. Zion.
2. Warpaint - s/t 3. Stephen Malkmus & The Jicks- Wigout at Jagbags 4. James Vincent McMorrow- Post Tropical 5. Thee Silver Mt. Zion Memorial Orchestra- Fuck Off Get Free We Pour Light On Everything
