Just want to comment on how awesome the transformation in this board's taste has been. Watching all of our taste's shift over the years has been really fun to watch.
This is way greater than any listening circle I ever thought I would be a part of.
Also, I am waiting to see NoD go through a metal phase.

Maybe we need a High School shameful listening thread. I'm sure we've all got some doozies.
not high school, but when I was like 9 my favorite album was Green Day -Dookie
Sh*t, Dookie was one of my favorite albums when I was nineteen (more like 17 actually, but you get the point). That and My Chemical Romance's Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge and Brand New's Deja Entendu and Weezer's Pinkerton. Loved that sh*t. jackson and Longtime and Frequent Poster and I were just talking about this yesterday. I still put those albums on from time to time today and enjoy the f*ck out of them.
I listened to Mystikal and Deftones at about the same time. So confused.
And Korn. I never bought a Korn album, never wanted to, but many a wild night was soundtracked by them. Plus Illmatic, Reasonable Doubt, Ready To Die, and UGK's Ridin' Dirty.

I stand behind everything I have ever listened to. I have no shame! I listened to it because I obviously enjoyed it at the time. Don't hate on music that molded your musical tastes in what they are today.
