I think I posted this before, but I'll mention it again.
Dillinger Escape Plan has a bonnaroo gap between their US tour and overseas tour. So far their current US dates are everywhere BUT Tennessee.
somebody asked them (pre-lineup announcement) if they would be there this year and they said they wouldn't be. Should be listed in the direct confirmations thread... Although at this point maybe things are different
I'm guessing there's no chance for Frank Ocean or Captain Murphy / FlyLo showing up on the bill a month and a half before Bonnaroo.
Uhmm whats the point of additions?
I'm just assuming any semi-big name artists would've been announced already, and only smaller artists will be added from here on out.
I could be wrong though.
Have there been any bigger names added late to Bonnaroo these last couple years? I didn't go last year, and I wasn't paying as close attention to the line-up as I am this year so I'm curious.

nothing in the top 10. but could be around 11-15. rodrigo y gabriela was an add last year.
Not sure if they've been mentioned, but I'd really love to see CHVRCHES get added. They have the 13-14 open, but they'll be in Canada around those dates.

Boredom Fun with URLS... This is what happened when I used the formula:
Lineup.bonnaroo.com/bands/band-name
Standard 404 Error aka Page Does Not Exist Slightly Stoopid, MGMT, Vampire Weekend, CHVRCHES, Frank Ocean, Dillinger Escape Plan, James Blake, Lana Del Ray, Jamiroquai, Postal Service, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Dawes, Primus, Foxygen , and (way too many to list)
Redirect Message “Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.”
Phoenix She and Him Smith Westerns Gramatik Mac De Marco Hall and Oates (changes to Daryl-Hall-and-John-Oates) Atlas Genius
(double checked this on Chrome and iOS)
This means nothing. I wasted your time. You're welcome.

Yes ^ honestly it's not that hard to check the initial lineup poster, all you have to do is type it in Google. It would have taken you just as much time to come here and ask us.

I really don't see Slightly Stoopid being an add. If there's new evidence other than the Bonnaroo 365 page then I'm totally wrong. But assuming that's the only evidence, it makes a lot more sense to me that they were originally going to be on the initial lineup and then had to cancel, but Bonnaroo had already made the 365 graphic and never got around to removing their name. It explains why that lineup is in the original order (Kendrick way above Nas, Billy Idol so low he's not even on the graphic), and it fits with Bonnaroo's history of having an extremely inept online presence.
This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

Your logic is sound, but just to play devil's advocate, why haven't they fixed this by now? Surely someone who runs the Bonnaroo 365 page has been alerted to Slightly Stoopid being on there by now (between Inforoo and CoS someone must have seen it)? If they weren't playing wouldn't there be a sense of urgency to remove the name so they don't let people down who would be happy with that add? But if they are playing, and it was put up in error (and not just an Easter egg), why not just leave it up?
Again I think it could go either way, I just wanted to present the other side of the argument.
Not to be a downer but i think additions will be here thursday. Most of the twitter traffic on bonnaroo is bands trying to get voted in. Voting ends wednesday so my guess is they will announce the winners and additions at the same time.
If I don't get additions before my bracelet arrives, I may just lose it... At this point, I don't care if the only add is a pre-headlining set by Michael Bolton! I JUST WANT TO KNOW!!! ahhHH!
Edit- I would care greatly if we only got an addition the likes of Michael Bolton... I would forever give up on Bonnaroo at that point.

All this too hype made me create an account! I've been a voyeur on here for awhile but.. Someone mentioned FlyLo. His set late night last year before big freedia was right up there with Diplos. Anyways, earl the sweatshirt is using him as his back up DJ, so like coachella I bet we get Tyler the creator and FlyLo on stage. I am really hoping that Broo steals the NIN debut show from lolla (his last top appearance was supposed to be his last N.american show, and Dillinger escape plan did back up for him) regardless..
I think as far as late adds go, last year we got some stellar late adds. Maynard JamesK. was a late ads (he is on par with Trent tenor) - at least with tool. FUN was added, and they just took home a Grammy for something best of the year.. GZA: liquid swords in full was an epic add at the time as there were only two other dates or so for a liquid swords set. Radio heads headliner was added (which I saw; sucked to skip foster, but we were really close for the what last Friday. DanZig + Doyle do Samhain and misfits is an epic add, as that mini tour wasn't announced yet.. I think we can see a few decent acts added.. I am excited!
