The only way they would have laid down pipe "hehe" is if they concreted it as well. This probably didn't happen because it would add another permanent structure to the farm. They could have built a wooden bridge but this would be semi-permanent and given the length of the area in question would cost much more money than what they probably did. I hope they didn't do this but I think they just filled it in with dirt and gravel. It's the cheapest of the options but it won't last and may just cause another part near it to start pooling up with water. We could just all keep asking over on RooOperate until they tell us what they did. I really want to know now.
EDIT: Wait I figured it out. It's the easiest and cheapest solution of them all. They moved the vendors away from the top of the ditch. I believe it has always been a beer stand, that is what caused the flooding all the time except when it rains. The problem will still be there if cats and dogs start falling out of the sky though.

why do they need concrete? they could have just dug it out like 5 feet put some drainage pipe and a bunch of gravel and then just rerouted all the water... like a basements sump pump kind of deal.
Well, a little more work and some imagination...a creek, winding through the site, ending at the fountain....wooden bridges over the crossing points...fish and turtles in the creek of clear water...maybe a waterfall or two....
