This is like the worst time of the year for me to get a new job. Srs.
me too! I'll be on my second day Tuesday the 14th. I'll have to rely on FB and Twitter on the iphone during the day. Not sure that the patients I'm rounding on(or the nursing staff) would appreciate my pausing to check Inforoo every 10 minutes....LOL
"Mrs. Smith, I'm ordering you a dose of morphine. I will further address your chest pain as soon as I get an update on the Bonnaroo lineup release. What? You don't know what Bonnaroo is?"

keeping up with this site for the past 6 months has paid for itself by watching countless "friends" on facebook post how legit the lineup from this thread is...
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver
I thought it was a good, diverse and realistic looking lineup. Not sure what bands everyone hated on it. I'd like to see most of those on the real thing.
I think it's a good lineup, don't get me wrong.. but the hip hop on it is horrible. I listen to hip hop more than anything, and the only two on the list I'd see are Gambino and Frank Ocean.
So here's to hoping when the lineup is released, it has a better hip hop lineup, and no Drake or Mac Miller.
1-1-12 Bassnectar NYE SHOW! 1-21-12 G. Love and Special Sauce 3-1-12 Radiohead 3-9-12 Experience Hendrix 5-15-12 Jack White @ The Ryman 6-7-12 Bonnaroo 6-19-12 Roger Waters presents "THE WALL" 7-7-12 Ringo Starr's 72nd Birthday Party Extravaganza at the Ryman
How about some Kanye ? He will stab a wook on stage to end his show!
He'll be there... He'll be scheduled on Friday night, but won't get on stage until Saturday night. He'll play for 30 minutes, or until someone throws a bottle of piss at him and THEN he will stab a wook to end his set...

It'll be an exciting show.
Kayne would come on so late, he'd walk onto Alice Cooper's late night show on the What. And then Alice would stab Kayne because that's what Alice does.
Welcome back Natedogg......stick around this time.
And you really think this is real?
I do. No doubt in my mind it's real.
There is not a doubt in my mind that you sir, are wrong.
The order is really jacked up. I could see Skrillex being so high up on the bill right now. Being as he is really popular currently and he just received 5 Grammy nominations. Ben Folds Five on the other hand, although really good, have not released anything new in over a decade. Mac Miller shouldn't even be in the top half of this list. And yet The Kooks, a band that has gone 4xPlatinum and played the Pyramid stage at Glastonbury is almost at the bottom of the lineup....If they were really playing Roo they would be where Mac Miller is now.
Not to mention they have a gig in Atlanta on the 1st day of Roo and a gig all the way up in Maryland on the last day. So although there is still a small chance they would play I find it highly unlikely.
Most of these bands have only announced their spring touring schedule and not their summer schedule. Im sure there are more conflicts than we know.
And Dethklok being on the bill would be a huge thing. mainly because they havent even finished their new album, they are in the studio. And then Brendan Small goes back into production for a new season of Metalocalypse in March.
I obviously haven't been posting on here very long and you have some sort of a reputation round these parts. But I find it hard to believe that somebody that writes a music blog and seems to be involved in the industry would honestly believe this to be the "real deal".

I can't believe so many took the bait. I haven't seen this many people trolled since the AP mistook LeZ Zeppelin for LeD Zeppelin and for a few glorious moments we thought Zepp was headlining.
edit-- what makes me sad is everyone freaking out about Mac Miller. easily the most mentioned artist. some kid said "RHCP, SKRILLEX AND MAC MILLER AT BONNAROO? IM THERE"
I'm guessing he gets paid for the number of ppl that visit his weak music blog. Google: Bonnaroo 2012 lineup leak. His blog is now one of the first sites that pop up. He uses this site and others to push people to his blog. That is prolly why I went on that little rant...It wasn't to solidify that the leak was fake( as was stated, we all know that). I was trying to find a subtle way of letting this dude know that I think his little gimmick is pathetic.
If you're going to have a music blog, do the research and post some relevant stuff. Don't just troll and roll ppl to your site. You're no better than a virus you get on a porn site...in my opinion of course.

also one of my friends posted a link on facebook to one of the music sites that picked this up. that was cool haha. its crazy how fast things can spread these days. this was fun
Am I missing something with Mac Miller? I saw him at SXSW last year. Thought it was a boring performance(he was going on right before Lupe Fiasco though..). I don't see how he gets all this hype. His new album was the definition of lackluster IMO
I would much rather see Yelawolf on there or better yet Hoodie Allen or Machine Gun Kelly as an undercard. Prolly not the place for this. Sorry
