a) If the Inspector has not made a guess within 36 hours during a Night round, the Inspector will forfeit that guess. b) If the Mafia have not reported a whack victim within 36 hours during a Night round, the Mafia will forfeit that whack and the Townspeople will receive another round of voting during that Night round to offset the missed whack. .... At that time the person with the most votes dies. The death video/story will be posted, it will be announced that we are now in Night one, and i will ask the Mafia for their whack and the inspector for his/her guess. Each then have 36 hours to respond to the ref. WHen both the whack and the guess are received, the ref announces the whack and then starts the next day.

Just trying to think of the options. I would allow the other two to distance themselves easily, but eliminating the inspector ASAP is always a quality move for the Mafia.
not sure if it's possible for mafia to whack mafia, but...
they would have went 1 for 1 and totally distance themselves from ntellier. mafia would have to bank on ntellier being the name that the inspector received, though.
seems far more likely that he was the true inspector but just made himself way too suspicious.
I was about 95% sure on ntell being mafia, but I guess it's better not to think in this game. Definitely would have been a different game had he not outed himself like that so early on.

Yeah, my biggest problem with this game so far is that I think too much and have a hard time deciding on which theory I like best hence the votes changes and feet dragging in day 1 for me.
okay so mafia can whack mafia.. still that would mean their game has to rely on ntell being the name the true inspector received. so slim to none. ntell was inspector, bonzai was mafia.
that leaves myself, noage, flanzo and lowerdeck as the most likely mafia members.
can the real inspector please stand up if you are out there?
