Anyone have some fun ideas for a new tattoo? It's about time I go for the next one.
I am itching for another new one as well, but I think I am going to get 701 (thejeremy and my wedding date and our lucky number) next. I am trying to get him in on it.
What style are you thinking? Music/festival? Fun/Funky? Family/lovie dovie? So many options.

Definitely go with the 701 and get Jeremy involved, that sounds amazing 👏
Most of mine are family, music/tv related. I kinda want something just for fun. Last one I got in Nashville and I'm heading back there next month so I know I trust my guy to do a good job. Maybe I should let him pick whatever. It definitely needs colors!
I got a Bonnaroo logo tattoo back around 2010. I've since added and turned it into a full sleeve of music festival imagery.
I'd love to see this!
If I remember after work later I will post a pic. It has Hampton coliseum mothership, Electric Forest, Camp Bisco/Peach, Coachella, Freaky Deaky, Summerset, and Bonnaroo of course. and then some filler of geometric pattern, clouds, etc.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

Let’s say your soulmate is forced to run off a building by a gang of heroine dealers. As revenge you let yourself be put in prison to destroy the corrupt, privatized, prison labor that was producing the opium. Let’s also say your stated goal is to protect the weak and wash the land of brutalizing capitalist power structures that leads to such exploitation and social blights
How can soulmates have a deeper spiritual function when the material dictates so much? Or are soulmates the ultimate synthesis to move past the current mode of production and into true socialism? Should we see soulmates as a dialectical that transcends booty getting and dogmatic hippie ideas like spiritual partners? Because in the above example the aspect of soulmates is much more of a catalyst for social change than it is for individual fulfillment. Should this be the norm?
The greatest movie ever?! Every day is Ricky-Oh day!
No, that involves the dinosaur priest that fights cocaine dealing ninja priests
My dumbass saved a quote in my phone from Velocipastor thinking "this will be perfect" because we were watching it when bonzai told me about the idea to switch things to Riki Oh. So when I opened my phone to remind myself of what quote/scene I wanted to use I realized I quoted the wrong movie completely lol
That was the shortest movie ever and also horrifically perfect (no Ricky-Oh). What was the quote?
From the end of the movie. I lost it at the "Only six" line when asked if he had any last words:
The final confrontation ends when Wie Chan shoots Doug with an arrow containing an antidote to his dinosaur power. As he approaches Doug, he asks if he has any last words, to which Doug replies, "only six: I think my hand is immune". He then rips off Wie Chan's head with his dinosaur hands. We then see Doug lifting a blood-stained mannequin head and roaring like a dinosaur. The screen freezes and is annotated with the Gandhi quote: "Only through the elimination of violence, will we finally be able to achieve world peace."

Proof that there truly is a Gandhi quote for every situation.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
i've posted about this before but if you are looking for something else to listen to, Numero Group is a great reissue label that finds all kinds of forgotten deep cuts across a wide variety of genres. tons of great playlists if you are looking for something new that is old. find a playlist that is a genre that interests you on their profile page, or if you are wide open hop into their numero group classics playlist or for the new old music the numero group '22 playlist.

I can't seem to listen to anything. If I try to click the play button on a playlist icon, it tells me to turn off offline mode (I am currently listening to other music) and when I click into the playlists, all the songs are grayed out.
EDIT: Ok, now the music I was listening to this morning isn't working. Time to really investigate.
