I caught Janet on this tour and it's definitely worth <$50 if that's what the market is asking.
A lot of backing tracks but mostly on the jams with a lotta choreography. Its probably worth at least $30 solely for Let's Wait a While and What Have U Done For Me Lately.
It appears that secondary market sellers are having to become a lot like stock market speculators, using the best information available to them to decide which shows are worth the investment and which ones aren't.
I suppose that you can make so much money on a strongly in-demand arena or stadium headliner that it can offset losses when you have to sell tickets to other shows below face value, but that only works to a degree. They're not doing this to simply break even, balancing the money they're making on Billie Eilish or Olivia Rodrigo with the money they're losing on Janet Jackson or Weezer. They're in business to make a profit.
Upcoming Shows: 11/8 - Goose @ The Andrew J. Brady Center 11/13 - Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros w/ The Wolfpack & The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra @ Cincinnati Music Hall 2/14 - Alan Walker @ The Fillmore Detroit 4/15 - Ben Folds w/ The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra @ Cincinnati Music Hall

Guys can we stay on topic? Ambassador Of Fun do you have any brewery recommendations?
Wicked Weed WW’s Funkatorium
It's been years since I've been to Asheville but I gave up on Wicked Weed (and their Funkatorium) when they sold to InBev. I see the owners bought it back? How has that worked out?
And is Burial still in the tiny place with like a one-barrel brewhouse?

Burial has built out a ton and has multiple locations. It's my favorite in Asheville.
Re: WW, I don't hate them or anything, but they're not somewhere I go out of my way to hit up. The basement bar is clutch bc it's right next to the Orange Peel though.

We stopped at the Funkatorium after eating at Ukiah. It was about 15 minutes until close, so we had to get some quick choices in. I want to say it featured mostly random sours (tasty ones though). The brewpub was great though. We went for a late lunch last fall. I got a really good Marzan, and my chicken sandwich on brioche was excellent for what it was.
I work at one of the hotels downtown Asheville, if you're looking for recommendations hit me up!
Have you made it over to the new brewery that took Eurisko’s spot? I miss Eurisko but looking forward to trying TRVE when we’re back in Oct.
I went there last month. The soundtrack was great bc it was 100% metal. The beer I had was good, but their board ran pretty IPA heavy at that point so I didn't try that many bc I am not a fan.

It will probably be a different ensemble but this is the best show I've seen this year and if you have a chance to see it I highly recommend it. I also think they have new music coming out at some point this year.
