HOW THE F>>>>> does South Florida book this crap then not book good good indie rock and hip hop..... grrrrrrr
?
I only like Megadeth, but I'm not sure what you're talking about. South Florida has tons of shows and festivals. No hip hop? Rolling Loud is in 6 weeks with Kendrick, Lil Wayne, Future, A$AP Rocky, Travis Scott, Young Thug (who will probably cancel), Mac Miller, Kevin Gates, Run the Jewels, Migos, Joey Bada$$, Action Bronson, Curren$y, Chief Keef, etc. I always see stuff like that in Florida. And then you just had Mumford and Sons and Kings of Leon are folk and rock respectively but Indie none the less.

LCD Soundsystem are doing 5 nights at Brooklyn Steel next week. April 6th to the 11th. On sale Thursday at noon.
Someone asked Al Doyle if they would be playing new music at these shows on instagram and he responded... "Well, we already knew the old tunes, and we've just been rehearsing for 4 weeks, so draw your own conclusions I guess?"
Who else is trying for LCD tickets today? I'm trying for Thursday but in the likely event I fail, I'll buy anyone's extra.
I'm debating either Thursday, Monday or Tuesday. Thursday would make the most sense work-wise but I'm worried about it being a cluster fuck. I feel like if I go for Monday or Tuesday getting tickets will be easier.
Anyone have any thoughts on my strategy? Should I just say screw it and try for Thursday like everyone else?
I keep telling myself if i somehow got a ticket to the first show back at Webster, I should be able to get one for Thursday. But it did take like 4 hours in a waiting room for Webster.
