Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
This is my 2nd Roo but my first as a VIP. I have no idea what this whole theme thing is about. Is VIP that small that you pretty much know everyone? Is there more than one VIP campground? I guess any additional info on VIP and the whole Theme thing would be great!
There is only one VIP area, it is not that small, prob a couple of thousand? We are referring to a theme for the camp Inforoosters set up. We meet up at the Food Lion in Manchester, go in together and set up an awesome compound. You are welcome to join!
I'm disappointed that we won't be dressing as dinosaurs, BUT I found an awesome Disco-thing to contribute to camp. I'm gonna wait to tell you all until I order it... ;D
Good find on that webpage Trix, I think we need to completely deck out Scrogs shade tunnel with disco balls and such. Can you say Dance party in Scrogs Disco Tunnel of Love??
HaHa!! Hells yes I love it! ;D I just posted in the VIP camp 2011 thread, I was talking about the monkey hut and a dance floor, I check out the theme and you just posted about the same thing. Get out my head!
EDIT: and nice find on those decorations Trix, also I hear you have nice carpet, which I would like to hear about.
The main thing I look for when shopping for these is an open-weave plastic with decent edges so I can stake the corners. Voila, floor.
Pic from last year: Two pink Kokos and some bamboo ones that didn't hold up well because they were too light and floated near the tips of the grass, which was a little hazardous: * click for a detailed pic
Trix, I like the rugs you found. The 9x12 feet one is a good deal. I have a couple large pieces of carpet, have been used many times outdoors, but feels better than tall grass covered with a pesticide. I like to look on craig's list, classifieds, Goodwill and vintage type stores for cheap pieces. I say this conversation moves into the other thread after this post.
