I'm loving both new tracks, but especially Speaking in Tongues.
Agree completely.
I don't know Jacketman, it would be awesome to hear them but I kind of doubt it. They basically play 16-18 songs from a pool of about 22 it seems, so it's probably unlikely they'd cut out a regular for one of them. Now if they cut out Rococo, I'd take pretty much anything else.
Also, I almost keep forgetting they'll be here even though they're my number 1 act, as weird as that sounds. I've been listening to so much other stuff recently in anticipation that it's kind of slipping my mind.

So I started listening to Neon Bible, and I have to say I like it a lot. Suburbs is also growing on me. I still am not a fan of funeral though besides wake up.

My buddy I'm going with cant get into Arcade Fire no matter how hard I plead with him, but he's a huge Talking Heads fan so maybe David Byrne is the missing piece of the puzzle for him ha. Hopefully.

If anyone is interested, the sign up for PiH is up for Bonnaroo! www.lokahioutreach.org/ArcadeFire.html If you have a pass, they're asking for 4 hours (spread out over two, two hour sessions). Also, if you don't have a pass, they're offering a pass for those willing to spend 16 hours over the four days. All volunteers get a PiH/Arcade Fire shirt, an Arcade Fire poster, and the potential of winning a signed setlist!
Ready to Start Month of May Keep the Car Running Neighborhood #2 (Laika) No Cars Go Haiti Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains) Modern Man Rococo The Suburbs The Suburbs (continued) Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels) Ocean of Noise - with Calexico We Used to Wait Neighborhood #3 (Power Out) Rebellion (Lies) ----------------------------------------- Intervention Suburban War Wake Up
This is the set list from Calgary late last year. I was on the floor about 3 meters from the stage. Suburban War was UNREAL in the encore. Hopefully we get to hear it at Roo. I really, really want to hear them play City With No Children as well, that would be a great treat. 14 days and 13.5 hours till their set!!

Wow... I'm the complete opposite. I LOVE Funeral. The Suburbs is growing on me... and I'm not a fan of Neon Bible except for Keep The Car Running.
The Arcade Fire EP is also a favorite of mine. I would love to see Arcade Fire perform Funeral in its entirety one day.
Having trouble getting into these guys...I downloaded Funeral and the Suburbs any other suggestions?
I like listening to a lot of live shows to get me into to a band. I was not into MMJ @ all, than I saw them live and loved them. Check out the Coachella show on youtube(the whole show is in his videos list)
