Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Have heard much about them, but never took the chance to listen. I shall do that sometime soon, because they're getting a good reception as a possibility.
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
I was stoked about seeing them at Pitchfork Fest last year, but the mix was terrible. It was painfully loud, so I wasn't able to make a proper assessment. I'd love to be able to see them again-- with a good mix.
When they opened for NIN in Chicago, they sounded no diffrent than their albums... flawless sound. Then I saw them again at the Metro and again they sounded great !!! This would be a real treat at Roo/
Take a look at the artist they manage. A Who's who of past Bonnaroo performers.
WHOA!
I'll take that whole list as this years line up please (minus about 5 of them heh).
From Mew's bio:
"Like its 2006 predecessor And The Glass Handed Kites--which Pitchfork described as "a masterpiece for people who haven't smoked weed yet but are thinking about it" and "as magnificent as they're hoping to be"--No More Stories... demands attention."
I sure was thinking about something like that during the Mew show, but security at that NIN show was a bit strict. I've had my crotch patted down only three times in my concert-going career and that was one of them. Erring on the side of caution saved me a lot of trouble that night...
