i saw that guy too! the boy and i were walking towards shakedown and i turned to him and was like, "holy shit, did you see the BALLS on that dog?!" then we tried to get a picture but couldn't get a good one. glad someone else succeeded!
The dog obviously has some type of growth or tumor and that excessive weight is likely painful. Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, I'm getting p*ssed off all over again.

That's such bullshit! I'll GIVE that person money to take the dog to the vet. Hell, I'll even drive to their house, pick him up and bring him back. That's ridiculous. Did anyone say anything to the owner?

Maniac showed that photo to everyone but me at camp... I instinctually knew I didn't need to see it...

Yea, that def looks like a tumor or a hernia. I'm not sure if dogs can get hernias as easily as humans, but they def need to take it to the vet. I would have said something to the owner if I saw it.

im sure the owner has taken the dog to the vet and maybe there is just nothing they can do.....ive seen things like this many times. dont blame the owner, when you dont know.
