Why do I never know about these things... oh right I live on the other side of the savannah... You south carolinians need to share these wonderful things... I'm in greenville at least once a month for a tuneup and yet I've never heard of this... what other things are you hiding?

It says Gov't Mule FEATURING RR and the FB, so maybe they are doing the set together? Should be kickass either way.
freedom weekend aloft is a carnival/fair that they have every year. it use to be in greenville around july 4, then they moved it to anderson around memorial day and now it's moving to simpsonville. the aloft part is because they have hoat air balloons there.

both bands were great last night. but something kind of dampened the mood. the stupid fucking overzealous security. there was a fenced off vip section. and that section was half empty. and they would not let anyone over. i mean, i understand, enforce a rule, yea it's your job. but they would go in track down the people that jumped over and pull them out. like it was a big fucking deal. other than that it was a great show.
