well yall missed out. it was another one of the greatest weekends of my life. awesome weather. awesome music. and awesome people! the second night was probably the best hookah show ive seen. the schwa encore on saturday was out of control. there was 40 people in a group just full speed dancing and spinning in circles all around eachother. its was like a full speed mosh pit with only accidental contact. it was so much fun. it was the most fun i have ever had dancing at a show. and thats saying alot! it was such a magical weekend. alex raz is an 8 year old kid and he came out for the set break and did the jimi national anthem perfectly. and then hookah came out and the kid did purple haze perfect with them too. hes incredible!! chef dave band, boombox, and burning riverband tore it up too. and jp and the chatfield boys are so damn good. they were latenight and it was awesome. my favorite was the bluegrassified 'girls" by the beastie boys. and we also came to the shocking relization that the awesme campfire jam we were at 2 weeks ago was jp and one of the other dudes. and this weekend we came across the recipe playing at a campfire with one of the dudes from burning river band. we watched them for hours from 5 feet away at a campfire with about 20 people. it was seriously one of the best nights of my life. the fire spinners were on the beach all night. cheryl ann hawk and willy mac put on an awesome latenight. i am soooo happy to be out and hitting stuff. screw winter!! and you all need to come to nelson ledges!!! it is by far and away the greatest festie venue in the universe!!! the whole place is just magical and incredibly beautiful! your really missing out if ya dont check it out. hope to see some inforoosters there soon!
i was gonna see raq but they cancelled their show on me the night of, so screw them. i prob need to wait till skool is out too so i can save some cash, roo costs too much.
