This is a cheap festival outside Winona, MN scheduled for July 5-7. Fat Maw Rooney of Wisco will headline (it's their show)...other acts so far announced include Big Wu, Oteil/Peacemakers, EOTO, Ray White/Friends, and a slew of top Midwest acts.
